I have when people say games copy other games.. it makes no sense

OOH btw if halo wars copied Commnand and conquar then it also copied

Warcraft
War of Nations
Starcraft
And many more

A genre for a game is not a copied game... Just cuz a game was the first to think of the idea doesnt mean it has the rights to own it
