Yea MiniClip is a very nice site. Newsgrounds has a fanstastic design which will keep me viewing regularly
Also has a massive community. The bigger sites tend to pay flash developers for unique games, but on most other sites there are just standard Game packs that are used. I'm not advertising, but hopefully you will like some of the games on my arcade site, GameDoller.com.
