hahah when I was in 5th grade which would have made me 10 I was playing counter strike and I turned out just fine so I do not think that there is really anything at all to worry about right there. Or at least I do not think that there is.

Games have an age rating for a reason, i.e 18 - because there may well be violence, inappropraite language, scenes of a sexual nature and so on. Therefore I dont think its wise for say, and 8 year old to play GTA as it will put across the wrong message to them.

As for football games no, I cant see a problem with that, as long as the girls don't beat me then im fine with that haha!

Why would it matter if a girl played games? There are more grl gamers than people realise, some are actually hardcore gamers, and some even play online and are actually better than alot of guys online.

If your question has to do with a horror game, then it should have just been "Should a 14 year old be able to play it?". What difference does it make if it's a 14 year old girl or boy??

It doesnt girls have jsut as much right to play computer games as guys do. I'm yet to meet a girl who can beat me online at a game :-)
