I don't remember it much. It was a versus fighting game, and the fighters were all animals. They went through some sort of nuclear transformation, then were sent through the sewer to get to the battle location. Some characters include a fish and a dog(?). You could be the normal animals, or the genetically mutated ones (or were they robots?) and battled one another. Sorry, it was like 6-8 years ago.
