I guess your best bet would be to use an emulator and find some shooting games for it. They can be found doing a google search for emulators hope this helps.

miniclip.com, for computer flash games. They have ton's of great shooter games it's worth a check. If not then try a google search!

If you like flash game juas go to miniclip.com. there is alot of shooting games but Im not sure which one you looking for. I saw a lot of simple shooting game there.

Don't know any online sites but you can download an emulator and search for the game rom you want. It's pretty simple and you shouldn't have any difficulty with it and there's tons of more games to download.
