Nintendo Sued again for stealing ideas!

This news is kind of old but I'm telling you anyways. Heard about it on Yahoo's news page. Nintendo's DS hit title Guitar Hero was a stolen idea from sony's Guitar Hero. Sorry, forgot what the rest of the title is called. This is nothing like Nintendo, how could they? Whats your opinion on this topic?
