I saw the new tech demos though and it seems like there really improving the overall engine and physics although I agree It does seem like its going to be a lot like the first one, I also hope they improve the story as it seemed in the first game like a second priority towards just killing the locusts.

I am really going to like gears of war 2 because i can't stand not playing the first one so im going to go crazy over thge second one and have anyone seen the trailer for the game on your 360 consule, u no the part were marcus and a locust are fighting with their chainsaws, i wonder if GoW2 has chainsaw fights

now this is one game i cant wait for.
even though if uv seen some of the tech demos for the new graphical improvements so many of those are taken straight of the Cryengine2 (crysis).. such as SSAO darkening and shadow/light filters theyv added to the engine.

Yeah I want that game now after seeing the new unreal engine tech demo of the game its the game I want to play like now! even if the story line ain't great the graphics are some of the best I have seen in a long time and I also saw they have made it so the environments are destructable !! WOOT WOOT

i'm not a fan of gears of war, but gears of war 2 looks immense, definately gettin it when it comes out, if not christmas

I'm looking forward to Gears of War 2 for sure. GOW I graphics still havn't been beat to this day

It does look breathtaking - My brother owns GoW1 but I personally haven't played it yet, but will have to start it soon me thinks!!
