Activision to bring "Guitar Hero" to Nintendo DS

Activision said the game will come out this summer, but it did not disclose the price. A typical DS game costs $30, but the inclusion of a hardware accessory may push the price of "On Tour" over that.

"Guitar Hero" games for home consoles like Microsoft Corp's (MSFT.O) Xbox 360 have cost $80-$100, more than the $50-$60 that is standard, due to Activision's practice of bundling a guitar-shaped controller with the software.

That controller seams a little clunky and awkward, I think it would be uncomfortable to use.

Guitar Hero: On Tour looks pretty fun, actually. I plan on buying it. It's going to be $50, and has some decent tracks. But the game only has 25 songs - 5 of those songs are from Guitar Hero 3. That sucks, in my opinion, and makes me wonder if it is really going to be worth the money. But I still plan on getting it nonetheless.
