Default Margarine or Butter? - which one do you use?
I myself just use margarine to save myself the hassle of having to melt butter down etc. etc. Many people I know tell me that I should be eating butter but I don't because I don't really like the taste (it kind of tastes like soap!).

Do you use margarine or butter?

Personally,i like use margarine,too.Well,you should eat butter,and you should eat everything that good for you!

Margarine and butter both have their downsides... Both are actually unhealthy!

I hate both as well, in fact I hate all products made by MILK.
I'm a bit allergic for those.

I use butter. I've had margarine, they're both pretty much the same. I don't really notice a big difference.

May be take too much are not good for you,just take a little.
