sega games like Space Harrier and OutRun?

Never ran into a site like that. Have you tried searching on Google?

they are definetly out there, I would just enter something like "space harrier, flashgame" into google and you should get a ton of results.

Try Gametap, they have a lot of old games like that as well. They may charge to play the games, however.

Don't know about websites but I know you can download sega emulators. It's basically the sega system emulated on your pc so you can play the games on roms if you have the original copy. They have a large selection of sega roms online so you'll most likely be able to find the games you're looking for.

I was thinking of doing that because I used to love Sega, and there are so many games that I just never got around to trying, so that would be a good website for me to check out. Is it really complicated to download an emulator?

No not at all, if you have winrar or winzip downloaded on your computer already you just need to find a site which has the sega emulator, dl and extract it's contents using winrar to the desktop. Download a sega rom online as well and open it in the emulator and they're you go. If you have any difficulties private message me.

There used to be, unfortunatly all the one I used to go to to play those awesome old school games were shut down. Your best bet is to get yourself a emulator off bittorrent or something similar. Then you can play all the oldschool games you can get your hands on.

Emulators and Roms are your best best. search on download.com or google etc. Theres loads everywhere.
