It's kind of like a Nomad, except it doesn't actually use the cartridges but the rom files instead. If you own the originals, then you can download the ROMs from the Internet and upload them to the device, and then play. You can play Sega Genisis, SNES, NES, Neo Geo & More on this handheld. I own one, so I know

Some basic pc knowledge is required though, since you have to install some programs on the device to play such games. It's pretty easy, it's kind of like uploading music to your Ipod.

Im guessing ebay or any other big game site. Ebay normally has this kind of stuff but it takes time to make an account on Ebay and Paypal, then bid, ect.
