Default Anyone here have a HP Slimline s3020n?

I'm considering picking one of these up, the reviews I have read don't talk to highly of it as a gaming machine, but I was wondering if anyone has managed to upgrade it into decent gaming shape. Also curious if anyone has had any experience running photoshop cs3 on this box?

I wouldn't suggest buying this PC for gaming. You can find much better deals elsewhere.
First off, I would suggest and Intel dual-core processor over AMD x2 anyday. Intel's processors are performing a lot better now with their dual-core technology than AMD, especially with gaming AND multitasking.

The graphics card also is horrible with that PC, not even the fact that it has a slow dual-core processor. Never get an LE graphics card; at minimum get a GS, but what you want is a GS, GTS, or GT graphic card from nVidia.

Might I suggest going to Dell.com for a good budget PC that can actually perform?
And definitely check out Tomshardware.com to compare processors that you come across within your budget.

I'm not a PC gamer anyways, so it doesn't really affect me that much. my main concern is whether or not it's going to be able to handle Photoshop CS3 without struggling too hard. For the most part it's just going to be a media box...
