I am a great fan of the Need for speed series, it's been quite some time now, they have not launched any other game for Need for speed -any idea, when it will be out?

Well, there have been the Underground ones etc but I always liked racing with the Supercars such as the McLaren and F50. Hopefully they'll do something like that again with the new and improved graphics available nowadays.

I just hope they do a better job than what they did with Carbon. It was a real disappointment for me - it just seemed way too "cartoon-ish" and they actually took the fun out of drifting.

I'm hoping for a game similar to that of Underground 2, but with a proper night & day cycle.

I'm guessing something new will be out within the next year or so. I'll definitely check it out as I haven't played many 'racing' games in the past, though they sound like fun.

I agree with you there. Recently watching another person do Drift in Carbon my impressions of it were merely "wtf", that looks crap. It was kind of stupid how fast the cars were able to drift.

Underground 1 and 2 were excellent for drifting and i'd prefer to drift in that any day over Carbon or the like. Hopefully it won't be disappointing in the next Need For Speed if Drifting is featured in it.

Oh for sure. I've spent hours on end drifting in Underground 1/2 - it was incredibly fun.

Yeah, I cant wait, i hope they dont leave something out this time, there must be sprint, curciut, drag, drift, everything!!! and I want to see some ferraries that can be modified and a wider range of cars, maybe like gran turismo ones cars!

Yeah nitrogen or something cool like that will be the next one. I hope its got some new stuff. Im getting tired of the same old cars.
