It isn't much of a racer, but that's the probably the best category for it, aside from action. In a way it is a race, since you are competing against other vehicles, except instead of reaching the finish line, your goal is to destroy the other vehicles. This game is great if you play it with a few other friends with multitape. If not, then playing against the PC can keep you entertained

haha, this game has been around so long. I remember playing it like 5 years ago. Wasn't to fun watching my friend play it. errrr.

Hmmmm, I was playing this since high school, actually this game is cool....My favorite vehicle is The Minion ( a huge tank)...Its Special attack was so powerful, it has 3 missiles in it and a freeze...

Twisted metal is awesome, car combat ftw! I always like car battling games and it really is the best you can get in the genre.

I used to play before but not now

This was the second game that I owned for my Playstation two and I played it a lot with my buddies. I had Twisted Metal: Black, which I did not think was as good as the ones that they had for PS but it was a decent game non-the-less.

Yeah this game is really old. I use to play it a long time ago.
