Default Simcity!

Its a classic, you gotta agree! Its probably the first "sim" game I can remember ever playing. Started on PC on a 286, the game was just brilliant. The entire concept was fresh and just too much fun, I wish games nowdays were as fun as the ones I remember playing back in the day. I must admit tho after Simcity, all the sequeals have been too boring for me, probably just lost the "fresh" and new feel from plaing Simcity for the very first time.

Default yes simcity on the old 286

I had a old 286 when I was young I played that game a lot never beat it though because I always used cheats for it and it seemed that I would always have my city on fire or a nuclear melt down and It was frustrating at times but I always went back to it

I never liked the first Sim City, just couldn't really get myself to enjoy it. Although I really did enjoy Sim City 2000. That brought many hours of fun aswell as the Urban Renewal Kit. The customisation of buildings which was available was also pretty cool and made things a little more interesting compared to just having the default "fugly" buildings.

I never ended up playing the next 2 Sim City's.

Simcity? One of my favourite game is this. I like the way of playing and way of cheating too. The news and the terrain desging the building creating. Excellent.

Cheating the game was really easy but playing legit was more fun. I still remember the cheats, something like "imacheat" and also some issue bond/fund bug that made you a millionaire then billionaire.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Oh yes! The Classic one! I remember as kid sitting in front of (lemme guess 386) and playing this game! I think those days the gameplay was more important than graphic.

I love the original Sim City, but SC4 was way too complicated for me, I never could do well in it. SC Societies looks ineresting though, I may give it a try.

I was never much of one for SimCity, I didn't have the patience for it back in the day.

I saw the game featured on Discovery Channel's Rise of the Video Game this week. That brought back memories of trying out SimEarth on SNES. I was terrible at that game.
