I want to try gaming on Ubuntu and I was wondering if anyone knows any free first person shooter games on Linux? A download link would be helpful.

Well I would give you a link but I cant yet so just go to wikipedia and search "free fps for linux" and It should be the first one In the list.

I believe if you install Wine, you can play Steam games (like Counter Strike).
