Default Call of duty 4 motion blur

Is there anyway to toggle the motion blur in call of duty 4? Maybe some mod that can allow it?

Thats a form of it. I'm talking motion blur where every movement you make slightly blurs the screen, it makes games seem more realistic and it also makes your FPS seem higher.

Hmm thats werd I cant find anything about disabling it.
I think i did see a option in PS3 version about motion blur but can find it now.
Maybe devs should consider adding that to there list.
