As strange as it may seem, Ive a friend currently living in Japan who absolutely hates online games. This to me is something I cant quite understand, what could be more fun than playing a game against another person halfway around the world, and then beating/killing/crushing whatever and knowing that they are probably bashing on their keyboard in a crazy frenzy! His only reason was that people online when they lose turn into cry babies and generally are pains in the butt. I can understand that as Im sure most of us who do play online have bumped into a sore loser but regardless, I think Id rather play against a human opponent anyday over some computer AI bot.

Yeah I have run itno a few sore losers "hey you hack or you using hacks" when I don't and beat em fair and square. I will take a human over a bot any day of the week it does bring a lot more excitment into the game.

Some people just cant take losing and therefore play single player on easy. I also think that some people prefer to stay in full control of their gaming experience where in single player you have a lot more control over the AI then when playing a person.

I have to agree with you though, Ill take human vs human any day, especially playing with friends over the net and forming teams/clans. There is a large social aspect of online gaming that is only beginning to be tapped, I think the future for online gaming is massive.

I think a good online game adds more depth to the game instead of a plain old offline game or a game with bots. If its a really good online game it can get your heart racing and your adrenalin pumping where I rarely find that to be the case with a offline game

online games is awesome, it just about time. Sometimes they hate it because most of persons too much addicted toward this online game. They go to work late, don't get enough sleep..etc ...so not much person can manage their time wisely during playing online game..

im just enjoying it because as long as you know to manage your time..everything just fine..

Maybe because it is harder to play with real people than AI,
Anything can be the matter guys.

Online games a better to play, they are more fun, and bots do get rather anoying..

Well I prefer playing online games but I have to admit there is some pretty fun off line games out there that just won't be the same if they were online

I like playing against real humans because they are more interesting to play against (or with), but, I hate playing multi player when people act like idiots. When I'm playing MMOs, I like to solo a lot while levelling and just group for PVP - people even complain that you won't group with them, when you a)don't know who they are and b) there are hundreds of other people out there they could group with.

Humans might be nicer to fight, but sometimes they're too much hassle to have to deal with :-p

More of an offline game fan...
